The person I had been speaking to then contacted his boss who then came round, checked me in properly and was friendly and helpful."

"It's clean, the staff is very helpful. My room had 4 beds and I never seen that kind of bed sheets, one bed sheet for 4 beds. The room is a bit dim. The breakfast was good. "

"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor...

"I, personally, loved the place. It was an easy walk from the train or ferry, close to downtown, and very clean and comfortable. It does require a certain amount of tech savvy because it was a very high tech self check-in."

"The hotel was amazing. Great location. It's a slight walk to city center but there is much more street parking toward the hotel than in the city center. Future trips to Milazzo will definitely involve staying at this hotel again."
