"Let us check in early which was much appreciated after a 6am flight, room was exactly what we needed just as a base. Was a bit out of town though and hard to get to from airport without taxi/Uber, so bear that in mind."

Bathroom and shower were small but you get what you pay for. Front desk isn’t staffed 24/7. Check in time is at exactly 2pm, not earlier. "We booked this as an overnight stay on our way from the uk to Italy. We knew it would be basic … but it was actually little more than a hostel. We hadn’t realised that the rooms didn’t have even basic en suites, and the shared toilets and showers (you have to pay for towels and toiletries or bring your own) were pretty grim. There was a horrible damp smell everywhere and the bedrooms were dark and hot. No air con and windows that only opened a crack and then let in the mosquitos. And the noise...

"The facilities were great, especially with the gym. There was a very small pool but a decent sized hot tub. At about 9.15 am the pool filled up with all the locals who had come to hang out. Quite humourous to see them all bobbing about in the water! There were lots of pieces of gym equipment, it was actually very well equipped.
