"5min driving distance to Beseniva spa. Complex in a village, lovely landscaping, very nice breakfast area with good food. Rooms were a bit of disappointment for 2 reasons. A: underfloor heating that could not be adjusted and were very warm (winter), B: Sockets hidden under wooden shelf above beds front, so had to do a bit of McGiver magic to plug phone chargers. Location beautiful, spa on site but cannot comment as did not use it. Friendly staff"

"Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel. Buffet breakfast good but better selections on weekend. Free ice available at reception. Reception personnel very helpfull Taxi drivers do NOT follow or use meter in Zakopane so definitely ask the driver if he charges by meter or just make up a price based on your destination which is always arbitrarily higher then would be by meter. "The staff (Joanna) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (nothing super fancy, but good in all the ways you need it to be). The breakfast was excellent - lots of selections and good quality. Very nice they keep the breakfast room open for coffee and tea all day. Will definitely stay here again. "
