"Our stay here was amazing - when we arrived, the concierge helped us by letting us use his phone as my girlfriends luggage was lost when we came in on the bus. On checkout, we had a 2 hour window until we left Ljubljana, and the concierge kindly let us keep our luggage in the secured room and an extra important bag behind the desk with her. Their kindness in that stressful time was very much appreciated, and the hotel itself was great. The room was very spacious with and extremely close all...

"Excellent location and staff. Everyone was very helpful. The only negatives were no parking in this area in general so if you have a car, parking cost and luggage handling can be a challenge. There is no elevator so again, not a problem for everyone but could be an issue. And there is not daily servicing of the rooms. "

"The staff went above and beyond with helping out. It is a 6 to 7 minute drive to the heart of ljubljana but close to the mall/outlet malls and dining. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Large parking lot, free continental breakfast. Staff is great for calling you a cab 7euro to get to the dragon bridge or you can take the bus which is directly across the street."

"Fantastic stay. The front desk was incredibly helpful. They were able to help us with airport transfers and at a price that was far less expensive than the normal taxis. We also had a beautiful room, which was huge! Location was great, just a block from the canal and walking distance to everything. Would absolutely stay again."
