"I am in Ukraine to do volunteer work. Before moving to a flat in the city centre, my introduction to Lviv and to Ukraine was the gracious staff at the Hotel Maestral. I walked in the door after a long bus ride and border crossing on Saturday night. I was soooo tired. So, when I walked in the door, and the kind woman behind the desk greeted with, "We've been waiting for you!" and a smile, it warmed my heart.
