"Disappointing level of cleanliness of room. A beer bottle cap was on the edge of the bath. As we stayed several nights, we needed to go to reception each day to get items like bathmats which had been taken by cleaning staff and not replaced. Also needed to go to reception to get an extra roll of toilet paper as again not replaced. On a positive appreciated the free laundry that they supplied."
