"Good location in Mermaid beach. Not a few minutes walk from the beach which is a minus. Pretty good accomodation and clean. Stuff in the reception were nice but didn't speak good English and couldn't help us a lot , but overall experience was good, good location, convenient parking and clean room with all the needs."

"Rooms were clean looked tidy easy accessible from carpark and quite… Cleaners do need to turn bedside lamps on when cleaning bedside tables as these were not cleaned and could see cup marks all over them where they had not been cleaned effectively! Noticable when bed side lamp shinning down on the table "

"The room was lovely and cozy. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the property is quiet at night. The tram is just a couple of meters up the road, very convenient."

"This has to be one of the best places we've stayed at on the GC. The apartment was well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need, separate bedroom, livjng and dining area. Washing machine, dryer. Air conditioning and a lovely big balcony. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The pool was private and lovely and warm with a hot tub. Really quiet rooms and we hardly saw anyone else around. I will be recommending this resort to everyone. Thank you for a relaxing...

"1. Room was spacious with separate lounge area to raised floor section that housed the bed and bedroom furniture. 2. The TV screen was on the small side and the remote didn't work. Was attended to by the manager - it may have needed fresh batteries. 3. The shower recess is looking tired and non-sterile; it is in need of a good clean - had missing sealant where wall tiles meet the floor tiles. 4. No microwave provided. 5. Overall though it was a comfortable place to stay for a few nights."
