"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made...

"Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I loved the special flower water to drink when I arrived at reception. I had excellent time at the pool and stay. I would highly recommend this location. It was a beautiful property. The only downside was that the AC in my room was not very cold and from that I did not sleep well. "

"To begin with the property just wasn't ready for guests. Work was still being done, trash was everywhere, and when there was the slightest stain on an already dirty bed cover, many people had no doubt left those stains and had to pay to "replace' them, but they were used over and over. "The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor. The location is located nearby couple of karaoke places and the windows are not soundproof, very loud, not to peaceful for sleep. For Can Tho, the largest city in Vietnam's Mekong Delta area, I booked a day tour with Susan, a 26-year-old woman (with perfect English!) from a nearby village. For four hours we biked around Binh Minh (just outside of Can Tho), where we visited beautiful temples, rice fields, and a local market. We then went back to the riverside location for a night in a homestay. I would highly recommend booking with Susan for an authentic Mekong Delta experience. "It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
