"We arrived quite late and out of season, so couldn’t really make the most of the location, gardens etc. The restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we didn’t know beforehand. But with the right weather the location and view from the restaurant would be lovely . The room was clean comfy and warm with a modern bathroom. We had a dog with us and the room opened onto the garden so it was really handy. "

"The entrance is on a quaint little square with a bunch of little streets coming in at odd angles. The hotel backs up on the river, and the breakfast room has an attractive view down the river to an old bridge, and up the river to the mountains. The stairs were attractive, so I didn't bother with elevator."

"Good old-school workaday hotel. Staff very pleasant. Rooms comfortable though no aircon, which could have been useful given the hot weather at the time. For the price, however, a very agreeable stay. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and very good value. Free secure parking for my motorcycle which was much appreciated. I would return."

"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "A great little Hotel. Nice position, lovely rooms, friendly staff. Also has a great restraunt just next door. Breakfast was nice and the kids game room was a real bonus. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "
