"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. "Nice little hotel, bit out of the way, but if you like quiet and walking, then it is in ideal location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size and clean. 24hr shop very close by.. i didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on it, but it looked fairly decent. For the price, definitely worth the stay here, and I would certainly stay again on a future trip to Bishkek."

"We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!"

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."
