"Good basic accommodation convenient for overnight stay whilst en route from Spain to UK. Good link to autoroute. Excellent underground car park - suggest you ask in advance how to find entrance, but good value at €5 and lift direct to room. No restaurant but 4 within short walk. "

"Campanile are a great hotel group...rooms are always immaculately clean and modetn. Breakfast here was a bonus, as was not planned. Staff were super friendly and very helpful even with our gone 9pm arrival. Located near a selection of good restaurants and secure parking was perfect."

No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

Confusing instructions on Hotels.com re. parking which ask you to phone and reserve and when I rang the hotel, they told me we don't have to ring and reserve parking, just turn up. A bit difficult to know here the Ibis car park is and how to get into it, as there is a ground floor open air one and then a basement one which both look a bit narrow to get into. We double-parked and went into ask and I spoke to...

"If you are looking for a convenient property by the Tours train station, then this place is for you! If you want an active night life or nearby restaurants, this place is NOT for you. Rooms and shower are small, even by European standards. Hôtel checkin was supposed to be noon, but it was after 15:00 before our room was ready. "

"I had to make an unexpected stop on my way to catch a ferry. I booked my stay through Hotels.com The whole booking and checking in experience was seemless. The Hotel was in a lovely quite area and the staff where super helpful/friendly. The Hotel is Motorcycle friendly. "

"The hotel is very basic but the rooms has enough space and a balcony which was great for the dog. The location is great, easy walking distance to Tours old town. The staff didnt speak much English but we manage to understand each other in Spanish. She was super helpful and welcoming"

"Comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant on site was good we travelled with our dog and he was able to come to the restaurant too. Only slight negative was our room was very small - access for 2 (large!) adults, luggage and doggy bed etc was very tight, but it was only overnight so no problem. "

"Great position just across the river from the city centre so had parking. Fabulous service including happily allowing us enjoy some drinks from the bar despite it being outside of official opening hours. Could do with a bit of work on the outside for increased kerbside appeal."
