"Staff did not recognise VIP status, and we didn’t get a room upgrade. Ok, no problem. But generally they were unable to answer basic questions about the VIP perk and also when checking out, staff seemed to confuse us with checking in again. Breakfast was nice and location was convenient"

"Loved that the property was located by the spa…making it an easy walk. It was also a short walk down the hill to the Christmas market. I booked through Expedia and thought everything was covered payment wise. I was told by the Tribe Hotel clerk when checking out that I needed to pay 50 euros for taxes. I am not sure why? That part was unexpected and unfortunate."

"The hotel is really nice and the staff as well, they are really kind. The room in general was very nice, except for the bathroom which was having issues for running the water out. Besides that I totally recommend it. I’m pretty sure the situation of the bathroom will be fixed "

"The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!"
