"The services from Rebecca, the manager and other receptionist lady were great and thank you so much for the upgraded room which is greatly appreciated. The hotel is generally very good especially in the restaurant and reception areas and although the rooms were a bit dated they were clean. The location is 15 mins walk to the centre and there were lots of free parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good but the sausage was poor quality! I would return on my next visit to Derby. "The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and shops. Having Tesco express next to the place is very handy. Room was very clean and tidy Breakfast had a vast selection of products and dairy free alternatives ( on demand ) Staff was super friendly and happy to help, keeping our luggages after check out "

"Easy access to where we needed to be. Parking was extra but understandable due to proximity of football stadium, hotel gives you a discount code so not too expensive. Room has all amenities you need. The room was a little cold due to poor seal around window but the curtains helped. Breakfast was great, much better than another hotel chain beginning with T! The orange juice actually tasted of orange! We ate out on first night as there a couple of restaurants nearby but we ate in the hotel 2nd...

"The room was freezing when we entered the room but soon warmed up when we closed the window and put the radiator on. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. Staff on reception especially Nathan was very helpful. I didn't like it that housekeeping was banging on the door at 9.40am when I was getting dressed. They should have waited till 10am when we would have vacated the hotel!"
