"A delightful and eclectic decor and four resident case acting as social directors. Unfortunately in this very small town their restaurant is closed for dinner on weekend and the other hotel restaurants in town were limited in capacity to their own guests. The closure was due to staffing difficulties so I hate to point this out, but we ended up getting burgers at a local snack shop--and they were so busy it was an hour wait to pick up our order! Definitely stay here on a weeknight and clarify in...

"Welcoming, very pleasant & helpful staff. Room clean & modern. Stairs quite steep, there is a lift to the 1st floor only, suppose because it is an older building. Food very good, beautifully presented & great flavours. Our bugbear was the flies in the buffet area & restaurant at breakfast- maybe this was weather related as it had very wet then hot. We very much enjoyed our stay"

"A beautiful place next to a medieval town, right on the rock as the pictures correctly show. Its restaurant serves excellent food, one of the best meals that we had in France over 10 months (so many). The hotel is pet-friendly (yay for pet lovers), the pool is nice, but unheated, the breakfast is a bit on a limited side. I'd absolutely stay again."

"Awesome location in a quiet area on the outskirts of town but yet still an easy stroll in to town for meals and shopping. Also, very walkable to the old town and the church. What beautiful views of Rocamadour. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Very responsive to every question and need. Bedding was comfy and the room spacious. "

"A great French country boarding house. We came at off season and had the place to ourselves! Best eggs for breakfast of our entire trip!!! Dinner at the hotel was more expensive than I expected but worth the price. Would love to have been here on a warmer day to explore the grounds but it was just too cold. If you have a car you need to explore the countryside around this place"

"Nous sommes restés 3 nuits au belambra pour visiter la région, et c’était parfait. Très bien situé proche de rocamadour, un grand appartement très propre et bien équipé, une piscine chauffé très agréable. La salle de bain est toute neuve, la cuisine bien équipé, rien à dire "

"A very stylish and modern hotel positioned in the centre of town. Don’t pay extra for parking at the rear as there’s plenty of spaces in the market place outside the hotel. All rooms have air con which was welcome with temperatures at 32c. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it seemed very popular with local people. Breakfast was quite basic but adequate."

"An excellant choice for location near to Rocamadour. The hosts were very welcoming and passed on information on best route to and around the village as well as the best places to eat. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. A very nice buffet breakfast before leaving and all in all a memorable experience"

"La Terrasse is a beautiful place in a great area! It is conveniently located near the main attractions but in an area where your stay can still be relaxing and peaceful. The staff is beyond wonderful and the breakfast is well worth it. Did not experience the dinner /dinning options at night but the menu looked amazing as well. Will definitely return here."

"Tres bon accueil. A cet epoque il fait froid la nuit. Le chauffage par clim au plafond peut deranger certains. Isolation simple vitrage. Quand l été sera là, la clim sera bien pour rafraichir. Tres belle region."
