"It is a clean place with friendly personnel and good customer service. But when I was watching TV in the room at night, some channels were disconnected for a short time and I had to wait for the service to return to normal. "The receptionist barely spoke english and did not seem very keen to try and communicate with us, but with a translator app it worked out alright. The rooms are a bit shabby-looking, the carpet was very worn-down and the windows were really dirty aswell. But overall, the room was really big and the beds were comfortable (in comparison to most places in China). The hotel also provided little sanitary packs and towels. The location is okay, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center of...
