"This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro! "

"We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice. Our room was pretty clean but incredibly cold. There were spare blankets and a heater. We used them, but I still could not warm up after a shower with water slightly higher than body temperature, it never became warmer. If you travel during the winter, you better reconsider this place. "The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the train station. We were in Ovar for the Spring Carnival which venue is also walkable from the hotel. We liked the quiet neighborhood and good breakfast. The facilities are a bit dated but are in decent condition, They don’t provide water kettles so if you love a cup of tea, you may need to figure out something."

"Insufficient hanging rack in the washroom. Inconvient for changing clothes and shower,Basically, tge washing room design needs to be improved. Not user friendly."

"Es un alojamiento con todo lo necesario , incluso con zona de comedor y nevera si necesitas dejar algo. En cambio el olor de la recepción era terrible, como a tubería , llegaba casi hasta las habitaciones. En las escaleras encontramos ropa de cama y toallas en el suelo que estuvieron durante dos días así como una bolsa de basura. La limpieza del baño no era muy exquisita tampoco. "
