"Nice clean room, good shower and wifi and helpful staff. Realised when i got home that they had given me someone elses invoice for my pre paid room, but i had other confirmation on hotels.com so no real biggie. Was lucky with parking right outside the hotel, or it may have been a pain."

This is a 3* hotel and easily hits the mark, yes a few areas with wear ‘n tear but room and bathroom was clean, restaurant was really nice serving good food and a wide choice. "Over all the Twice Brewed Pub/Inn was a lovely place. The staff were warm and friendly and the food and beers were great. I be only had two concerns. The first was all rooms were on the second floor only accessible by a steep stair case. The second concern was in our bathroom shower. The faucet was in very poor repair. The first night it was very difficult to get either the water flow side and the heat side was extremely hard to turn for proper adjustment. The second night I was unable to get...

"The String Of Horses was an amazing place to stay. A quietly located inn it has superbly appointed rooms - the bathroom was amazing and the bed large and so comfortable; a lively restaurant serving quality high food and comfortable bar with an open fireplace. Staff are friendly and provide an amazing service from front of house and throughout the bar and restaurant. The breakfast service is high quality too with lovely food prepared to order. Well worth a visit and we’ll be back 👍"
