"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."

Lits confortables. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais nous ne les avons pas vu ni entendu du séjour (seulement pour la remise des clés). Vraiment top ! "

Moreover, the hotel was not as pictured and certainly not worth 100 USD a night. Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...
