"We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice. Our room was pretty clean but incredibly cold. There were spare blankets and a heater. We used them, but I still could not warm up after a shower with water slightly higher than body temperature, it never became warmer. If you travel during the winter, you better reconsider this place. "La estancia ha sido muy buena, las habitaciones tenian camas muy grandes, aunque se nota que necesitan algo de mantenimiento, habia alguna humedad en el techo, los grifos no tenian mucha presion, pero en general todo muy correcto por el precio que pague. El personal super amable, tienen una piscina grande que no pudimos usar por el mal tiempo, pero nos facilitaron el uso del jacuzzi con el niño para que pudiera bañarse, ya que tenia agua caliente. "We stayed at this hotel while visiting family. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. However, the rooms need major updating. We found leaky faucets and missing lights and the furniture hasn't been changed in years. No safes in the rooms"
