"The property is new and modern. It is great to have welcome check-in snacks and free afternoon tea. My parents like your hotel a lot and will be back soon. Staffs at the restaurant are very nice and friendly, except the one who check in for us who kept demanding me to sit down to check in. My family has already occupied all the chair and she kept insisting me to sit to proceed check in. I have to ask my husband to stand up, move out so I can sit for her to check us in. "I don’t like the noise of construction going on at this property. The curtain shower need to clean and dry completely that to avoid the smelly of old one. The good thing is they change breakfast menu everyday. "

"The hotel and staff is great, new building, very clean and a decent breakfast. One would need transportation as IMO the places to dine and a bit of nightlife is a bit of a walk ( 40 min ) but Grab is very cheap and arrives in minutes."

"Great location in the heart of Dalat close to shops, restaurants and just 1 min. walk to the best bakery in town. Friendly, helpful staff. Only thing lacking was no AC. Probably not an issue most of the year, but it was unusually warm when I was there in early April."

"The hotel building being an old structure had a charming character. However, it lacked a modern air conditioner so it was not possible to ser the room temperature to our liking. Also, the bed size was rather small even for us that are average in height."
