"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). "We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. "

"There was a karaoke bar or disco bar beside the hotel and it was very noisy during our stay and that we can’t sleep. If you don’t have car, the area is very inconvenient as you only will take taxi to go around the town area. "
