This is listed as an English speaking host which is not accurate. We struggled to communicate. The place is advertised with a pool but this was out of bounds due to the drought, we understand this but we should have known before arrival. We had no hot water at all during our stay and we could not contact the host despite messaging and ringing the door...

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "
