One of the best places we stayed in the whole of CV islands, with all the luxury one is used to in Europe, including comfy bed and working warm showers, there’s even a pool in the hotel terrace. Walking distance to the beach and some great eateries. For a few dollars you can catch an Aluguer from Mindelo to here and have some peace and quiet away from busy Mindelo. "We had a mix up at the beginning with our room, and had to change to a different room half way through our stay, which was annoying. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant, and the hotel is new and nicely decorated. Mindelo is a small city, and it's very easy to walk anywhere in the centre from the hotel."
