"When we arrived to check into our prepaid studio apartment, they had no available room for us. They instead sent us to another hotel that was terrible and told us they'd be back to pick us up at 7am. We were in the lobby waiting until 7:30 when I asked if they were coming. "2nd floor room is very noisy since it is right by the dining area. We had to check out one day earlier because of the noise. Higher floor room maybe better "
