"I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. "The hotel is bad. Not cleaned. The toilet water overflows when you flush. We stayed ther in the family room with my wife and daughter, we moved out the next day and got another hotel. It's more like a brothel type Hotel. We still have to get a refund for my 3 nights we did not stay ther. This is a 1 star hotel. "

"Pictures and reality are different. This was fraud. They charge almost same as five star hotel down the road and the place is a roach motel at best. It took the guy a while to even find out reservation and he had no idea what Expedia is. He kept asking for some voucher. This is hands down the worst hotel I ever stayed at."
