"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. The hotel is rather new and modern. Love the facilities, especially the wellbeing center such as swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Fixed menus for dinners were very good. Room was very clean and spacious with great view of the mountains. The sunset views from restaurant and our room was very beautiful and stunning....

"The staff were lovely and friendly making me feel welcome. The owner made a pint of welcoming me as I had arrived late. The staff had saved a meal of soup, salad, a cold platter and dessert for me even though it was after 21:00 by the time I arrived. The hotel is lovely with great views for the valley. Die Lage des Hotels ist okay, leider kann man Abends im Dorf nicht viel machen und die Auswahl an Restaurants ist sehr eingeschränkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich gegenüber und nebenan gibt es einen Supermarkt. Der Wellness-Bereich (Saunen, Whirlpool und Ruheraum) war total in Ordnung, leider aber nur bis 19 Uhr verfügbar und Bademäntel gab es ebenfalls nicht. Das Frühstück hatte uns leider nicht überzeugt.
