"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Velmi prostorné a čisté bydlení.Vlastní topení, velká koupelna, obývací prostor, kuchyň, lůžkoviny i ručníky na místě, prostě perfektní. Velmi ochotná paní při předání. Jedinná výtka, i když to je specifické, pro nás byly měkčí matrace, ale někdo je třeba rád."

"+ Nettes Personal. + Das Haus ist etwas älter, hat aber einen gemütlich rustikalen Charme, besonders wenn es draußen kalt ist. + Das Essen. Beim Abendbrot immer die Auswahl zwischen drei verschiedenen Hauptgerichten, wobei man die vegetarische Variante eher vergessen sollte. Vegetarisch und tschechische Küche passt einfach nicht zusammen. - Im Bad stetig ein durchdringender Geruch, der sich verstärkte wenn man geduscht hatte. - Der Ort selbst ist eher klein und in der Zwischensaison...

"Anna Hotel is a great value hotel situated to take advantage of the many outdoor activities available in the area. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant served a good selection of quality meals. The breakfast service was ample and the hotel rooms and facilities were clean and very well maintained. I recommend this hotel to anyone for a great value stay."

"Sleepy, off the beaten track, great location. Slight language barrier, but using some German and 'sign language' helped. Staff were very distant, but our stay was still a success. Hotel room was fine, bed was good, breakfast was a bit limited but still perfectly adequate. Eating breakfast with a huge wild boar skin on the wall was great!"
