"This a great overall property. Rooms are well looked after and nocely appointed. Only reason for the missing star was the heat (or lack thereof) in the room. We had to keave our room door open to the hall way to get enough heat into the room so we coukd take our jackets off while watching tv. "

This place has extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location right in the city center within 5-10 minutes of walking to the main places in Rotterdam. We were offered a free checkout time extension as one of us caught cold and had to sleep in for a couple of hours past checkout."
