"A very popular hotel when I stayed in early September. Staff coped well on the restaurant inspite of it being full."

"One night there. Receptionist was good. A woman very nice. Also next morning the gentleman servicing breakfast too. The not so good is the swimming pool that room was not warm and water not so hot especially when outside was snowing. The dinner was the other thing. Food was good and portions were great but the maitre or waiter was not very helpful at all."

"Used towel left in the back of the bathroom door. Blanket was old, should put a sheet over the blanket for cleanliness. Staff very pleasant. Upgrades in bathroom were nice but shower pan would overflow. Would not rate this three stars… "

"Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Amazing reaction from the front desk: What do you expect, this is normal in a mountain area!!! Otherwise, rooms are mediocre, old, small and overpriced. Definitely not a 3 stars, barely an overpriced one star hotel."
