There was a fairly sized pool with a shallow end and a really deep end(2.5m) however, the bed sheets where useless and it wasnt as comfortable as it could have been. "The location was excellent, close to the airport but far from chaos of the city. The view from balcony was great over looking the sea. I love the garden, to find calmness and relaxation between the olive trees. The outdoor kitchen with wooden table made me feeling at home. "Alexander was very nice with us all the time. There were electric power outages due to bad weather but implied lack of current water in the room. There were issues with the cleaning crew missing for few days. The room was fine. The hotel needs a sign at the front, when we got there weren’t sure if that was the right place "

"The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to everything but you definitely need a vehicle of your own. Didn't confirm the airport transfer then sent a message after I checked in complaining there taxi was waiting for me. Next to a main road so quite noisey. No fixture for the shower head so constantly juggling it or spraying everywhere. Wasps around pool. Dirty towels left from previous guests in room. Bed has 2 twins with a wooden frame that separates them by 15cm....

"It was good value and very convenient to have the restaurant right by the hotel (with discounts for people staying). Although the local taxis were very overpriced so I would definitely factor that in to your stay as it became the top expense. But I would definitely recommend!!"

"I believe the hotel rooms are being renovated. I was in one of the old basic rooms. Not much wardrobe or drawer space, but adequate for my single occupancy. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are fit and healthy you’ll probably manage the steep climb walking back from Gouvia, otherwise recommend hiring a car. "
