"The hotel is located in the center of the city. Great access to public transportation, the old city, the Rhine River, and restaurants. Public transportation on buses and trams was free. The breakfasts were outstanding."

"A lovely hotel in the centre of Basel, very close to the airport. Trams and bus stops very nearby, we were also given a Basel card during our stay which meant free travel and discounted prices on several tourist attractions. Local supermarket also close by as well as several affordable dining options. The staff are friendly and always there to help. Will definitely be returning!"

"This place almost gets a 10 out of 10. The staff are great, , I loved our room, the location is good. The shower floor is too level so water goes under the shower door and gets the area in front of the shower wet. They need to leave more towels to deal with that. What I hated are the pillows- rock hard bricks, and no softer options. And I couldn’t use a rolled up towel for a pillow because all the towels were wet from the shower! But I would still come back- just check the pillow and towel...

"It was a nice property with very helpful staff. Well maintained. The coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic and convenient. The only downside was the heat in our room. There is no Aircon. We opened the window and turned on the fan but it was still to hot."
