The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,"

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "I was not expecting to make my own bed or have to strip my own bed . The pics on Hotel.com rather give a false view of the property . It is a holiday camp style and very basic. No soap etc in bathrooms . Staff were lovely but very disappointed, I thought it was a hotel . "

"If you’re looking for a typically French themed hotel look no further. However if you’re staying here out of season be prepared for a literal 17:00 opening for check in, no restaurant, limited breakfast and no staff in the hotel at all after room cleaning. "
