"NO TV's in the room.....so if you like tv....you will be lacking at this place, and getting there you have to go down road that's VERY despicable, full of potholes and mud, but once there the place was nice and so were the people, and the town.....GREAT RESTAURANTS EVERYWHERE!! This place has grown over the last 5 or 6 years...hardly even recognize it anymore, but its improved so much....still fun, and a great place for expats to vacation!!"

"A nice, hidden gem. By far the best of the 3 properties we stayed at in this area. An excellent, spacious, seaside room with full kitchen and back patio. The aircon was a bit weak."

Food has not much selection but you can request what you want their staff is very accomodating.the place is not for those who are looking for night life though unless you have a car to drive 30 minutes to Moalboal but that’s not what I came here for.. Another, the In-property parking is only good for 3 cars. The fourth car has to move in and out when the other 3 cars has/have to get out. "Property is at the beach but far from market. There is no restaurant around, there just one hotel's restaurant which is not open for dinner. For market have to take tuk tuk which takes around 10minutes. Water pressure is low for shower. Basis amenities are limited Staff are good Overall it's at a good location if you are looking for a beach hotel."

"The staff was brilliant, I recommend staying here for kawasan falls canyoneering and book directly in this place, we had an amazing private tour for only 1100 pesos each and lasted abour 3-4h with food and water also.
