"This property has recently been refurbished in some areas and about to shut to complete the job. We had a sea view twin room on the third floor the views were fabulous the room was beautiful & fresh. The shower room was nice, the preventative maintenance does require some work as our shower drain had to be cleaned to prevent other issue however management dealt with everything immediately. We included breakfast turned up just before 10am Saturday and the food was lovely and fresh. The staff were...

"My husband and I were in Scotland for 10 days and stayed at 6 different hotel locations from moving around a lot to see the country. The Creggans Inn was easily my favourite! It was a cute, older style Inn directly on the ocean! The only thing I was disappointed with was we only stayed one night. Absolutely beautiful scenery, beautiful garden out front, nice room, and friendly staff who love talking about the history of the place! Great food as well."

"We loved staying at Don Muir. Caroline was helpful, responsive and just a nice lady. Instructions were clear and she provided a nice little complimentary breakfast basket in our spotless room. Free parking is nearby, but you can unload and load right at her place.The walk to downtown Oban is about 15 minutes one way. We were happy to walk as parking in Oban was not great. Bed was very comfy and shower was great. "

"I had a 2 night business trip so cost was important. The cost was within my allocated budget. The room was well kitted out. Kettle, fridge, ironing facilities, coffee,tea, table to work at, comfortable bed and a tv. Even had a clock alarm at side of bed and a hairdryer. Towels aplenty and a wonderful high pressure shower. I am sure I have not included everything but would highly recomend this guest house to anyone in oban for a short stay."

"Very secluded, a number of miles down a single track road with passing places. The hotel itself is the key property down the road with no shops. The property has its own harbour with boats and fishing equipment. There are electrical car charging points if you need them. Very dog friendly with free treats. The restaurant was very good and all the staff extremely friendly. Fantastic views across the loch. "
