"My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more...

"Absolutely awful! Check-in took more than an hour. Rude and unhelpful staff. Cottage was a complete joke. The entire resort is extremely dated, dirty, the food available at the buffet is horrible, very basic and staff is extremely rude. "Very nice, new hotel with rustic decor in the room. Lovely balcony and outdoor swimming pool available even in winter. Very generous breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Large room, very clean washroom. We had some difficulties in finding the hotel - no signs anywhere on the road leading to it. Parking is not very convenient, especially when one needs to bring larger luggage to the room."
