"Ideal for short stay"

"It was a nice room in a very convenient area. I didn’t like that for the price we paid we didn’t have glass cups or mugs for coffee and they only left us 2 paper cups in the room for 4 people."

"Africans toutng their products to us at almost every night right outside hotel entrance. Unbelievable! One evening as we were approaching hotel entrance, an African man came to the entrance also demanding we uy his 'drum' product. He raised his voice when my family ignored him. He said "Look at this!". Have to put effort to keep touters away from hotel guests. I will not stay here again."

"I liked this hotel for the convenience of having termini a block or two away, I had heard termini was a sketchy area and honestly it’s not and I was a female solo traveler so in terms of security it’s a good hotel, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but great to have something for the day I did see some coworkers in the dining area fight which made the environment a bit awkward but not my business, some dishes were dirty with dry old food when they were supposed...

"Very nice place convenient to shop some restaurants the staff overall was good, except the manager, Masimo did not care about Customer Service. I understand he was busy running in the business but with Customer Service was zero. And when he decide to help us was very rude"

"Excellent hotel, which was located close to a supermarket directly opposite, and nice restaurants around. Very close to Roma Termini and bus stops that will get you to most major attractions in the city. The front desk staff were friendly and gave me a rundown of the hotel upon check in."

"I never give 5 stars for ecofriendliness, but this place was great. Not even a single plastic drinking glass wrapped in plastic or single use soap, etc. Bravo! The hotel also offers free tours of a wide variety, so a special shoutout to Elisa who led the two tours I took. An art historian who really knows her stuff and also young, so up on what’s current in town for shopping, history, and art.8 Also love the fact that it’s directly across Via Marsala from the train station.
