"This was my third stay at a Wink hotel and as usual, I loved it. I love the concept of being able to stay in a hotel for 24 hours rather than always having to check out by noon. One of the things I loved about this one is the laundry facilities. The location was excellent and had lots of options for coffee and food close by. I know I can always count on Wink for being clean, having a great breakfast, a great gym and friendly staff. Looking forward to when there is a Wink in Hanoi."

"The place was immaculate, real oasis to unwind and switch off. Beautiful rooms and grounds of the hotel. The only downside where prices. While i understand its a 5 star hotel they really charging A LOT for food and drinks comparing to other similar rank hotels. We were gratefull for early check in and late check out. Thank you to all lovely staff who looked after us"

"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. "The staff were wonderful. The bed in my room could not be approached from one side, and the corners of the bed could cause injury by striking them on passing, with an ankle or lower leg. The shower area was small, and it was difficult to shower properly without making contact with the shower water controls."
