The staff were not available at the hotel from evening and after but they were accessible via phone. "Nice hotel, great breakfast, couldn't get a WiFi signal in our room which was just steps down from the lobby area. Hotel is farther out from downtown Ulricehamn which is great for visitors wanting to hike and enjoy the quiet. We were there only one night."

"Mycket bra hotell. Bra rum med det man behöver. Varmt och skönt trots busväder ute. Bra utbud på frukostbuffén. Men ”matlagningen ” måste trappas upp. Äggröran var rörig, baconet var mer än knaperstekt. Löskokt ägg rann ur skalet. Hårdkokt ägg var också lite flytande. Typ löskokt! Skärpning! When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"Beautiful location across the road from the lake. Very quiet. We hit a very sunny warm week in Sweden so the air conditioner was a great bonus to find. Really good sized bathroom with fantastic shower. The sunset on the lake is worth seeing "
