"Facilities were clean and staff was eager to help even though most lacked English. This meant that staff might answer questions without really understanding what was being asked.. The area looked rough but I felt safe visiting an all-night at 0300; I did travel by taxi."

"The hotel is clean and pretty centrally located. Staff have limited English but are very eager to help with any issue. I have left bags here twice as I have travelled around Maluku, using Ambon as a base. A plus is that there’s a supermarket and a cafe on the first floor of the hotel. Only complaint: the air conditioning is feeble and could use an upgrade. "

"i like the room, its cozy, calming and simple. But, i don't like the breakfast. If you travel frequently and have been used to be served buffet, then it will cause you major shock"
