"NEVER NEVER will stay here.. And don't be fooled by their pictures, most unfriendly staff that didn't want to make any efforts... parking is on the narrow road with good amount of traffic and at your risk !!! Only the Guard made efforts. Overly priced RIP OFF"

"Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. "

"Extremely terrible condition of the hotel. Mattress and furniture in the rooms were extremely damaged condition. Linen and towels were in the were very sticky, dirty and stained, The room we stayed didn’t had a water heater. After arguing front desk, we got other dirty room’s bathroom for shower. Health department should regularly visit this kind of terrible, moldy place for people health and safety. "

Toilet in room no. 102 had foul smell which sustained after placing odonil by house keeping. 4. Driver should be considered for complimentary stay and food. 5. Network problem 6. Quality delivered not up to mark of what you pay i.e overpriced."
