"This was a very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately, the description on Expedia was inaccurate and caused us some inconvenience. The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. Luckily, the manager arrived and we were able to get into our room, but he also informed us that reception was only open until 10 pm. We had both emailed each other using the Expedia...

The room was tiny but comfortable and there was everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. We decided to eat dinner there too and it was seriously so so good. "We stayed after looking around neuschwanstein castle because the next day we were leaving for Switzerland. Hotel is located in a nice area. Lots of grass and trees. Lots of grocery stores near by. Hotel room is clean and big. Has everything you need to rest. Hotel employees are super friendly and breakfast is very nice. "
