"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"only negative for me was the breakfast. Would have liked a few sweet breads or rolls. Scrambled eggs were hard and dried out. Not into meats and cheese for breakfast, but that’s me. Should have gone next door for a cappuccino and cookie."

"Das „Hotel“ sind ca. 6 Zimmer im Bungalow neben einer großen Tennishalle mit Sauna und Fitnessstudio, die sicherlich schon vor dem „Hotel“ da waren. Im neu ergänzten Wintergarten gibt es Frühstück. Das heißt man muss vom Zimmer nach draußen (Jacke / Regenschirm) um zum Frühstück / Sauna zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist für 16€ wirklich viel zu teuer, denn die Auswahl ist karg, die Brötchen teils steinhart, dh mindestens vom Vortag. In der Sauna hing den ganzen Abend ein Mitarbeiter (bekleidet)...

"Great spot. Close to a main area for food and the beach. Had some trouble finding the hotel check in. The suites are a bit farther away than the hotel. It’s on the street with all the food. But great service. They ran the key down. Lovely stay!!"

"It is a particular style of decor throughout the Landhaus (everything about knights, and middle ages - all fake etc) that isn't appealing to me. The room was on the ground floor, you couldn't open the curtain or the window because everyone could look into our room and it was somewhat stuffy. I would not have taken this room if I had an option. A very regulated place: rules over rules."

"This "hotel" was the worst customer experience we ever had... and we travel a lot. We hope hotels.com will take immediate action to take it off its listings. And we will try to get our payment back. Quick summary of the nightmare: 1) Upon arrival in the dark and after long drive, we got yelled at by the owner, that the parking lot was not available and we better park elsewhere. "The room was disappointing in that it was too warm during the time of year we visited (August) as no air conditioning. The window opened only a tiny bit. There is parking at the front of the hotel, but not too many spaces. We ate in the restaurant which was nothing to write home about. "Own car park with ability to reserve a space, friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious room (properly set up for 2 people!), good breakfast and we had a super dinner at the Binzer Hof one evening. The shower was one of the best we have come across for water pressure and temperature and the beds very comfortable. No bar in the hotel but minibar in the room and very reasonable prices. 2 minutes walk to the centre of the promenade."

"Villa Salve is in a beautiful,front arena position with direct ocean views and positioned on the promenade with great walking and shopping possibilities.We had a great window seat we would always move to for our meals and coffees.Pure pleasure...."

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
