"We were a little surprised to get accessibility rooms. When I originally booked on line the site stated we could not accommodate three nights for two rooms. So I tried the next option but did not expect accessibility rooms. It was ok but we felt we had rooms that would better serve other clients that arrived that weekend. We are very happy with your staff who were both friendly and knowlegable. Excellent service."

"A sole cyclist, good check in. Secure parking for my bike. An upgrade on a room. Good facilities, lots of hot water. Clean fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Smart TV, tea coffee, bathroom soap etc. quiet night. Full breakfast, juice, coffee toast, croissant, jam butter and a fried English. Very good. Would return, the building is old, a bit run down, but lots of character."

"The building itself is old and as a result has a lot of charm, I needed somewhere to stay close to stoke hospital but didn’t want to break the bank, this hotel didn’t, the staff were all friendly bed was clean and comfy, I will say take toiletries though as the ‘complimentary’ ones consisted of 2 small soaps. Breakfast was lovely and worth the extra expense "
