The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout. "Excellent location and surprisingly quiet despite being next to busy A road and also the main train station. Clearly the soundproofing works. Staff were very attentive, polite, helpful and smart. In terms of the room it was comfortable. Bed was very large, facilities excellent. But no wardrobe - it was really just a clothes rack. That said, I'd stay here again and recommend others do."
