"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

"Exceptional service during our stay which was very quiet during the week. Immaculate soft sandy beach with calm crystal clear waters. The large pool with swim up bar and pool toys was a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. Our traditionally styled 1 bed villa with private pool was huge and although some aspects were a little tired, the fact it opened up onto the beach was a huge plus. Can't fault the service from the team, including Ahmed on reception. The only downside was some of the food...

"The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. "

"Enjoyed the location on the water, it was nice to walk along the boardwalk. There is a market in the 1st building which was convenient. Building was safe and clean, rooms were comfortable and location was close to the theme parks. Building has a doorman."
