"The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating!! We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, breakfast is good, and its cafe makes great coffee and desserts. It is located in a lively area in Ankara. 10/10 would recommend!"

"The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."
