"We stayed two nights to see the gorges. It was wonderful. The facility is lovely….well laid out….great hot tub/pool….and the view from our room was beautiful. The Gorges du Verdon is a gem…..be sure to drive the loop and then the long way round….stunning."

"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. It was a tiny problem at the check out, our luggage was checked back in vs being checked out. It was resolved relatively quick. "Beautiful boutique hotel just 10min drive from the center of St Tropez. We arrived 10/26, the last day the hotel was open for the season. Also it was the big sales weekend in St Tropez but because of the huge rainstorm and flooding we didn’t go into town. "We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades. "

"All was good except the a la carte type pricing for various services - beach chairs/towels, parking, breakfast. Particularly disappointing was the price of breakfast - €30 per person! We found a Boulanger in walking distance and were able to get what we needed for breakfast for a total of less than €10. Great location and staff. Casino a little disappointing. "

"Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean but bear in mind that the hotel restaurant, and most others in the town, are closed on a Sunday and Monday. From the reviews, we had intended eating at the restaurant but as it was a Sunday..... However, the hotel immediately booked us a table at the only restaurant in teh town that does open on a Sunday."

"We had a great 1 night stay at Hotel Le Suquet. We walked to and from the train station. The rooms were very clean and spacious - they upgraded our room as well when we arrived! We enjoyed playing games in the lounge space and would have loved the pool if the weather had cooperated! Would stay again. "

Difficulties upon arrival

"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."

"The breakfast was very good. Close to town and to Gorge Verdon. Beautiful views. No place to sit in the lobby to have a glass of red wine. Only white wine allowed."
