"The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. "There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. "The staff were nice and friendly, really helpful! The aircon was dripping all night. The noise was so bad, doors slamming residents partying and shouting the worst hotel if you want to try and sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night because our flight got cancelled the next day and we flew one day before and needed a place for the night. "
