"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists."

"This was a solo 4 night stay whilst touring. For the price, I didn't expect too much and as it turned out it was a satisfactory standard of accommodation for what I paid. Bed was nice and comfortable, good ceiling fan but no AC. Overall the room was generally clean, however if you opened a drawer, it had definately not been cleaned for a while. "Convenient location among posh residential neighborhoods which helps for people attending family functions. Room was very clean and user friendly with prompt service. "

"The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

"The hotel is a standard facility if you are looking for a place to sleep , management is great but the F&B is very much below average, I was disappointed with the breakfast and the F&B staff are not trained at all. It would be best to order an off the menu item for breakfast. Apart from the few bathroom amenities and no hot water or hot water kettle it's a reasonable place. "

"My room the wooden furniture was infected with termites. Changed the room thrice and all rooms had same issue. Fourth room change was good."
