"I arrived late after work and being on the road for a few hours. I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was clean and my only single complaint was the shower head as the water flow was poor and the nozzles could probably do...

"A planned overnight at this Shannon Airport Hotel turned into two nights after a huge windstorm caused the cancellation of our morning flight to London. The staff went overboard to allow us to continue to stay another night...as there was huge demand for accommodations by other travelers wishing to depart the next day. Our host and hostess were so welcoming and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep before catching our flight home the next day.
